Most chemical raw materials are hazardous chemicals, and potential safety hazards in their storage and transportation directly threaten enterprise production and personnel safety. This solution builds a closed-loop service of “full-scenario safety control + intelligent early warning + emergency disposal”. In the storage link, in accordance with the “Regulations on the Safety Administration of Hazardous Chemicals” and GB 30000 series standards, it provides storage scheme design for enterprises, including classified and zoned storage of hazardous chemicals (such as separate storage of oxidants and reducers, independent warehousing of flammable liquids), upgrading of storage facilities (installation of explosion-proof electrical equipment, leak detection devices, emergency sprinkler systems), and precise control of temperature, humidity and ventilation conditions. Meanwhile, a storage safety management system is established to standardize the processes of warehousing acceptance, outbound verification, and inventory checking. Professional warehouse management personnel are assigned and safety operation training is carried out. In the transportation link, logistics enterprises with hazardous chemical transportation qualifications are selected. It requires transport vehicles to be equipped with GPS real-time positioning, video monitoring, temperature and humidity sensors, and emergency protection equipment. The optimal transportation route is formulated (avoiding densely populated areas and prohibited roads) to realize visual tracking of the entire transportation process. For mixed transportation scenarios of multiple types of hazardous chemicals, compatibility evaluation and isolated transportation schemes are provided to avoid safety accidents caused by chemical reactions. In the use link, on-site safety guidance is provided, including raw material collection registration, operation specification training, and suggestions on the configuration of personal protective equipment (PPE). Meanwhile, a safety risk early warning system is established. Sensors are used to real-time monitor gas concentration, temperature, pressure and other indicators in storage and production areas. Once exceeding the standard, an acousto-optic alarm is triggered immediately and early warning information is pushed. In addition, it assists enterprises in formulating emergency disposal plans for sudden accidents such as leakage, fire, and explosion of hazardous chemicals, and conducts emergency drill training to ensure that enterprises can respond quickly and dispose scientifically in emergency situations, minimizing safety losses.
